Owner - Project and Design Manager
After earning his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, Mr. Gauthier began his career in the oil and gas industry, spending four years as a field engineer and two years as an operations coordinator with two of the industry’s largest oil and gas service companies. He spent the early days of his career completing hands-on fieldwork, troubleshooting issues, anticipating challenges, and monitoring project progress. As Mr. Gauthier's career progressed, he swiftly rose through the ranks, taking on responsibility for the allocation of resources, including equipment and personnel, to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget.
In 2016 Mr. Gauthier shifted his career focus when he accepted a position as Project Manager at one of central Louisiana’s largest civil engineering consulting firms. In this new position, he discovered his passion for the civil engineering and construction industry. Mr. Gauthier was heavily involved in the design and management of construction activities on numerous transportation, utility, and drainage projects.
During his career, Mr. Gauthier has worked closely with municipalities, parish governments, and local agencies, including the City of Marksville, Town of Mansura, Rapides Parish Police Jury, City of Alexandria, City of Pineville, Town of Lecompte, Town of Pollock, Iberville Parish Government, and Town of Oberlin.
His experience in project management includes the design and management of projects focusing on the construction of new roadways, rehabilitation of existing roadways, parking lot design, water production, water distribution, water treatment, sewage collection, sewage treatment, drainage, flood control, site development, recreational facilities, etc.
Additionally, Mr. Gauthier has experience in developing funding applications for the Louisiana Community Development Block Grant, Louisiana Watershed Initiative, and Louisiana Water Sector programs.
